About StowOps

Built for the messy middle of storage ops.

We built StowOps because inventory was never the whole problem. The hard part was timing, location, and coordination: staying aligned as work moved from pickup to storage to return.

Four realities the system has to respect

01

Inventory has to stay physical

A tire set is not a row in a spreadsheet. It needs a label, a location, and a chain of custody.

02

Work moves through handoffs

Pickup, storage, pull, and delivery only work when the next step is obvious to the team running the floor.

03

Visibility should not depend on phone calls

Operators, partners, and customers need the right view of the same system.

04

The product should match the operation

StowOps is shaped by real storage workflows, with product discipline layered on top.

Operating loop

The product is organized around the cycle teams repeat every season

Receive, store, coordinate, return. StowOps is built around the flow itself, not around disconnected software modules.

01

Receive

Capture the tire set, vehicle, and customer context at pickup.

02

Store

Track the physical location so inventory stays tied to the warehouse.

03

Coordinate

Move requests and work orders through clear operational steps.

04

Return

Get the right tires back with a record of each handoff.
